OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Programmer Analyst to join the Mariner Innovations team full-time to support ongoing and upcoming initiatives. In this role, you will work with Ping Identity platforms, including PingOne, PingNeo, and PingDaVinci, contributing to the development, configuration, integration, and support of identity platform components in client and internal environments.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE:

  • Work with Ping Identity platforms, including PingOne, PingNeo, and PingDaVinci.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain identity platform components and related integrations.
  • Support the implementation of system changes in existing environments.
  • Participate in requirements review and technical discussions with internal team members.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to configurations, integrations, and deployments.
  • Assist with testing activities, including unit testing and support of system and user acceptance testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to identity platform components.
  • Support ongoing maintenance and operational activities as required.
    Communicate technical information and status updates to team members and stakeholders.

WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU'LL NEED TO DO THE JOB:

  • Background as a Programmer Analyst, Software Developer, or similar role.
  • Hands-on work with Ping Identity platforms, including PingOne, PingNeo, and PingDaVinci.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization technologies and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
  • Development and support of system integrations, including API-based integrations.
  • Familiarity with formal systems development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exposure to client-based environments is considered an asset.
  • Exposure to Public Sector/Government environments is considered an asset.
