APS, a division of PBS, offers APS Manufacturer Maintenance Guides, an Online Scheduler, and Service Contract solutions. The Role:
The APS - Sales Account Manager - Eastern Territory will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships with dealership management, providing excellent customer service, and promoting and selling APS products to our clients. You will be the liaison between external and internal clients to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our maintenance guide, online scheduling and vehicle service contract solutions according to client needs. You will be familiar with products relevant to the corporate development unit and be able to competently present a APS solution to suit the customer. You are comfortable communicating with customers via phone, email, and video conference, and can effectively communicate the features and benefits as they relate to our products and what they can do for our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain excellent client relationships with new and existing clients stakeholders to sell the APS Manufacturer Maintenance Guides, Online Scheduler and Service Contract solutions
- Generate a strong sales portfolio to attain sales targets and quotas
- Create, promote, educate and maintain excellent client relationships with new and existing customers during pre and post sales efforts with existing PBS and non PBS dealerships
- Conduct remote and in person sales calls, presentations and demos
- Effective Communication and Presentation skills are required for a wide variety of audiences
- Excellent Analytical Person with the ability to think on your feet
- A self-starter who can work independently, who is a quick learner and who can consistently follow through on tasks and activities required to hit quota targets
- Update and maintain a CRM databases as you move customers through your sales funnel
- Assist in troubleshooting efforts and support activities, as needed
- A team player that can engage with various internal team members required for pre and post sales activities and customer setup requirements
- Be able to identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Generate proposals and ensure proper follow-through for completion
- Identify customers' needs, recommend solutions, and manage and resolve potential conflicts
Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience in the Automotive Industry specifically in Service, fixed operations, and business office
- Post-secondary education, degree, or diploma
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Account Management or Business Development roles would be an asset
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
