We are looking for a Manager, Digital Performance and Delivery – Remote!

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time position as a Manager, Digital Performance and Delivery. We offer flexibility in working conditions: you can work from one of our offices located across the country on a hybrid work model or you can work fully remote.

 

What will you do?

Reporting to the Vice-president, Digital and Delivery, and working very closely within the agile delivery environment, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality digital experiences that support organizational goals while leading and developing a high-performing digital team.

This role balances people leadership, hands-on execution, and technical expertise. The successful candidate is equally comfortable setting direction, rolling up their sleeves to deliver, and coaching others to do their best work. This role also requires digital acumen, a pragmatic agile mindset, and the ability to translate strategy into outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary digital team including content, UX, marketing operations, and analytics
  • Translate digital and organizational strategy into clear priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
  • Support the planning, delivery, and optimization of web, content, platform, and campaign initiatives
  • Ensure all digital solutions are user-focused, data-informed, technically sound, scalable and accessible
  • Provide hands-on leadership by contributing to digital work, solving delivery challenges, and ensuring quality across channels
  • Serve as a senior digital subject-matter expert to internal stakeholders
  • Foster a collaborative, trust-based, agile culture focused on continuous improvement
  • Communicate digital recommendations clearly, aligning cross-functional stakeholders around shared outcomes
  • Write, review, and refine content across digital platforms, ensuring strong SEO, brand alignment, and user experience
  • Collaborate to produce multimedia content that enhances engagement
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns to drive engagement, acquisition, and conversions
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous optimization
  • Lead change management for new digital processes and tools, including enablement and training for stakeholders
  • Test and adopt new tools, AI capabilities, and emerging technologies to improve digital performance
  • Partner closely with IT and internal teams to deliver integrated digital initiatives
  • Maintain a digital marketing calendar aligned to organizational priorities and key milestones

What makes a successful Manager, Digital Performance and Delivery?

  • 8+ years of experience in digital roles with increasing responsibility, including ownership of digital performance or delivery functions.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or digital communications.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with digital marketing platforms, UX, analytics, and performance optimization.
  • Deep experience in content creation, SEO, inbound marketing, social media, paid media, email marketing, and multimedia design.
  • Solid understanding and experience of software development processes and digital optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, measurement, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and major social media and marketing tools.
  • Proven people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing direct reports.
  • Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments, partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and drive projects from strategy through execution.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and UX/UI principles is a plus.
  • Occasional availability outside business hours for deployments or urgent needs.
