You will also be responsible for monitoring areas of contract performance as assigned, conducting enquiries into specific contract problems and providing assistance in claims research.

Operations Service Manager
Your responsibilities

  • Assists Contract Manager or the Project Manager in identifying specific contract actions and notifications to meet contractual requirements during the execution of the project.
  • Holds responsibility for entry of new Projects in SAP and maintains Projects financial forecast on monthly basis.
  • Assists the project management team with preparation for the monthly Project Reviews.
  • Creates and purchase requisitions.
  • Tracks On-time delivery, Assists during the identification of the contract baseline.
  • Maintains project folders and making sure all documentation are in place.
  • Ensures all cost has been accounted for, all deliverables have been met and issue invoices and final project documentation.
  • Monitors areas of (sub) contract performance, as assigned.
  • Manages specific orders with minimal or no support from PM, is responsible for the delivery, financial results, closeout of these orders.

Your background
  • Currently enrolled in an engineering degree program in Canada.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in Canada.
  • Willingness to take on challenging assignments and ability to work within time constraints.
  • Takes ownership and drives results.
  • Understanding and applying Basic budgetary principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with an excellent Command of English language, spoken and written.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
  • Work under moderate stress conditions in a fast-paced business.
