- Maintaining a thorough understanding of Teknion's guidelines and discounting protocols, ensuring all bids and RFPs are handled with high-level follow-through.
- Analyzing the market alongside the Regional VP to determine distribution strategies and executing the full pre-boarding and onboarding protocols for new dealers.
- Building and enhancing business relationships with Dealer Principals through joint business planning, financial targeting, and the creation of yearly marketing calendars.
- Managing the Dealer @Vantage Program to monitor performance metrics, review scorecards, and facilitate action plans to address any performance gaps.
- Ensuring that all Teknion tools developed for dealer management (Dealer Management Portal, Dealer Touchpoint MAP, etc.) are fully utilized by partners.
- Proactively assessing and developing dealer capabilities in areas of product specification, sales strategy, and design to ensure they can effectively respond to complex RFPs.
- Serving as a product expert to recommend offerings that best address end-user needs while coordinating necessary company resources for mock-ups and product launches.
- Consulting and collaborating with dealers to support branding and displays in their showrooms, ensuring key products relevant to the local market are properly showcased.
- Monitoring dealer attendance at training sessions (such as Teknion Live or Propel) and ensuring partners remain compliant with all agreements and training requirements. Provides training to dealers as required.
- Partnering with internal teams—including Regional Project Managers and Customer Service—to provide an optimal customer experience and resolve escalated issues.
- Keeping abreast of industry competitors, market trends, and product innovations to provide management with critical market intelligence.
- Coordinating and managing office and showroom administration to ensure operations are professional and in order at all times.
What skills, experience and education are we looking for?

- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or CET Designer is an asset but not required.
- Fluency in English is required; a command of Spanish is considered a very strong asset.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including overnight stays.
