The customer service Intern is based in Quebec City. However, the nature of the position may require travel both to customer premises and various ABB offices.
Your responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to customers by telephone, e-mail as part of the call center activities.
  • Perform duties in accordance with established the standards, instructions, policies, and procedures in place.
  • Participate in the sale of products and services by promoting business development.

Your background
  • Student in engineering, applied Sciences and/or DCS in physical technology.
  • Interest in customer service.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office series.
  • Availability to travel is an asset.
  • Communication skills, customer satisfaction, autonomy, commitment to for order and quality.
  • Ability to adapt to the cultural and local realities of international clients.
  • Perseverance, punctuality, and reliability.
