You will report to the business controller and will work in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. This position is a good opportunity for candidates interested in becoming a project controller.

Your responsibilities

• Support the project managers in all the financial and commercial aspects and manage project performance.
• Assist the business controller in the preparation of financial reports, business planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Carry out the foreign exchange hedging and inter-company transactions related to the projects.
• Develop, implement, optimize the processes and procedures to improve efficiency while ensuring the quality of the information produced.
• Carry out the controls in accordance with their design and document them adequately in view of future testing of the controls and audits.

Your background

• 5 years of experience as a finance analyst / project financial analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration. Additional years of relevant experience may compensate for the bachelor's degree.
• Work ethic, sense of responsibility and organization.
• Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software. Knowledge of SAP is definitely an asset and knowledge of Excel is essential.
• Ability to manage ad hoc requests.
• Bilingualism (French/English) both spoken and written.
