The position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga, ON office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes organizational strategy and business processes to assist in the development of solutions that are fully aligned with overall business goals.
  • Training, coaching, and providing input to new enhancements and roadmap features and functions from a global perspective.
  • Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.
  • Plan and design business processes and make recommendations and changes to improve and support business systems and activities.
  • Uses industry knowledge to recommend options that will optimize company functions or processes. Uses historical data, sales trends, and market research to develop forecasts, track sales quota and provide various reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Works closely with multiple departments. Utilizes data to determine potential changes.
  • Assists companies in areas of solutions planning, impact analysis, and risk assessment.
  • May help in the planning and implementation of the RFP process, broad architectural considerations, budgeting and project planning.
  • May play a key role in training employees on applications, databases, and operating systems.

What you bring to the role:

  • Four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
  • Minimum 5 years functional experience.
  • Understanding of distribution models, platforms, and digital transformation is ideal.
  • Experience with IM360 is an asset or other CRM Software.
  • Strong process improvement skills.
  • May manage projects/processes.
  • Influences others regarding policies, practices and procedures.
  • Provides solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters.
  • Will champion significant projects, programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity.
  • Incumbents provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in his/her area of specialization.
  • Generally free to determine work priorities based on general direction from managers.
  • Specialist in technical or business skills.
  • Individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations.
  • Ability to make significant contributions to processes and systems.
