Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for growing revenue in a profitable manner within a subset of identified high-value target accounts. The position will manage the establishment of profitable and mutually beneficial relationships with customers. You will collaborate with various stakeholders while utilizing clear and concise communication.

Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 + Commissions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with organization's leaders to develop strategies for growth within our existing customer base.
  • Comply with all OHSA safety requirements.
  • Participate in production meetings to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Keep abreast of changes within the industry including customers and competition.
  • Submit sales reports at the direction of management.
  • Meet and exceed department Key Performance Indicators.
  • Use and develop SEP and CRM tools for the day to day and tracking activities.
  • Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with key accounts to surpass their expectations.
  • Identifying growth opportunities within accounts and deploying strategies to expand our customer relationships.
  • Collaborating closely with sales and production teams to ensure on-time, top-notch service delivery.
  • Offering professional advice and backing to clients enriches their experience with SinaLite.
  • Consistently reviewing account performances and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Providing customer feedback to the other go-to-market pillars to ensure market alignments and exceeding expectations.
  • Maximize spend on assigned accounts within your book of business.
  • Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities within your book of business.
  • Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation YOY.
  • Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during the expansion cycle.
  • Exceed activity and revenue goals on a quarterly basis.
  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Partner with customer success to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts.
