This role is a 12 month contract/assignment
This role is responsible for leading our Mars Wrigley Annual planning process. They will be responsible for setting annual targets for the organization for our operating plan. The role is a key liaison between our supply chain and our Sales teams - attending all relevant meetings and learning on the fly.Work closely with customer demand leads to ensure timely input of information to drive forecast accuracy improvements. This role requires a strong communicator as it leads all Sales and Customer communications that enables teams to react to changing business needs and conditions effectively. Once plans are deployed this role is critical in aiding the execution details and supporting the Sales team's delivery of the operating plan.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead all Sales Communications
  • Lead Mars Wrigley Annual Planning for Customer Experience
  • Active role in Supply and Demand planning meetings
  • Setting Annual Operating Plan targets
  • Managing Forecast outlook in 0-12 week window with supply production capabilities, communicate constraints and challenges effectively
