TV Product Tester

Job Description

• As a TV Tester, you are responsible for the diagnostics and repair of a variety of electronic products at the service depot in a timely and cost-effective manner.

  Availability Requirement 

  • Monday to Friday (Day Shifts)
  • Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
     

  As a TV Tester you will….

  • Process accurate and timely repairs/test/diagnosis that meet or exceed Industry Standards and regulation
  • Ensure accurate fault determination and achieves a high rate of first-time completion
  • Obtain parts required for the repair in a timely manner from the parts group
  • Return defective parts to the parts group immediately for return to the vendor
  • Complete and maintains all paperwork and documentation required thoroughly, accurately and in a timely manner for easy retrieval and reference
  • Accurately enters appropriate data into the computer system
  • Identifies security risks and takes appropriate corrective measures
  • Required to perform light material handling duties (up to 50 lbs.)

  The experience and education we need…

  • Experience in testing TVs
  • Experience in diagnostics and repair of TVs
  • Computer electronics diploma, computer studies or a combination of relevant training and experience
  • Electronics training and certification is considered an asset
  • A+ Certification is an asset
