ABB's Electrification organization is responsible for the go-to-market strategy and generating profitable growth for the Electrification Business Area. Our unmatched domain expertise across key industry verticals and channels combined with our truly global footprint makes us able to deliver extraordinary business results, supporting our customers with solutions which address their current needs, whilst considering the future emerging trends such as Urbanization, Digitalization and Shift to Electricity and Sustainable Energy.In close contact with Country Security Manager, main responsibility will be to manage special projects in line with the Security Function. This mandate requires good communication and leadership skills and will be performed at onsite & remotely and will be in touch with a lot of people daily.
Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate and report on projects related to security initiatives (PowerPoint, Excel, Planner, PowerBi).
  • Coordinate with internal functions representatives for projects (HR, HSE, Legal Businesses).
  • Maintain and update an internal resources web page (InsidePlus).
  • Report on progress, challenges and risk associated with projects responsible for (Planner).
  • Verify and validate information registered by other parties, to ensure data integrity.

Your background
  • Excellent organization, analytical, time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel - Microsoft PowerBI is preferred but not required.
  • English or French written/spoken - Bilingual an asset.
  • Master the main computerized management systems.
  • Work conscientiously with autonomy and great sense of organization.
  • Have strong problem-solving ability and stress resilience.
