Position Overview
The Business Analyst is a key contributor to the North American Business Assurance Finance team - located in Mississauga, Ontario - responsible for delivering high-impact financial and operational insights that support strategic and day-to-day decision-making. This role acts as a trusted business partner across finance, operations, and commercial teams, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Reporting to the Director, Finance, this position requires a demonstrated ability to independently design, build, and improve financial and business data models—not just analyze outputs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of using data to drive tangible process improvements, performance visibility, and business outcomes, while operating effectively with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
