Job Description

OVERVIEW

Harris Computer Systems is looking for a Junior Workday HRIS Analyst to join the Human Resources team and support Workday continuous improvement and post-production as Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation Workday Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Security, Reporting and Learning.

Reporting to the HRIS Manager, Workday, you will work with key business partners and act as a technical point of contact between Management, HR, Finance and IT.

WHAT WILL YOUR NEW ROLE BE

  • Partners with HR and other key stakeholders to design and optimize workflow
  • Ensure recommended enhancements and new features are seen through the project management stages (Define, Measure, Analyze, Implement, Control – inclusive of configuration and testing)
  • Responsible for recommendations and testing semi-annual Workday Updates
  • Prepare design documents, program specifications and process flow diagrams
  • Provide second line of support to HR Team Members and Finance/ IT Partners.
  • Analyze, test, and resolve system issues

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of experience working with cloud-based SAS HCM systems (operational or administratively)
  • Comprehensive understanding of Workday systems, payroll and HR processes and project management methodologies with the ability to create sophisticated queries
  • Experience with Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical or a related field
  • HTML skills
  • Experience with composite reporting
  • Experience with Workday Integrations including Workday Studio and data transformation
