POSITION SUMMARY:
The Strategic Solutions team is part of The Globe Media Group – the advertising revenue arm of The Globe and Mail. The role of the Strategic Solutions team is to connect the dots between products, internal stakeholders, and performance best practices to architect meaningful solutions that deliver on the unique goals of our brand partners while driving premium revenue growth for the company.

The Media Strategist position serves as the expert in crafting bespoke solutions using The Globe Media Group's complete product portfolio to support KPIs for advertising partners. This position works in partnership with the sales team and reports to the Manager, Strategic Solutions Team. This is a 12-month contract position. This is an existing vacancy, and this position is a hybrid role based in Toronto.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the development of digital, print and custom integrated media proposals leveraging the full suite of Globe Media Group solutions.
Review campaign performance for integrated media campaigns.
Support proactive sales opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
SALARY: The base salary for this role ranges from $84,000 to $100,000 per year. Placement within this range depends on a candidate's level of experience, technical skills, and alignment with the role's requirements. Candidates who have been identified as meeting the role's requirements can expect to be near the midpoint of this range, while the upper end is reserved for those with specialized expertise or a strong track record of success in comparable roles.
