Why is this role so great?

The Launch Coordinator works closely with the Marketing Manager and Director of Product Development Management to implement, track and fulfill three on-time launches per year.

What is this role responsible for?

• Responsible for assisting Marketing and Product Development to deliver three on time launches per year.
• Work with the managers to identify the deliverables for each launch including the workback schedule and key deadlines
• Communicate with key depts to keep the launch on schedule, collate Baan code information,
• Prepare launch quantities
• Communicate with Purchasing to order initial launch and inventory quantities
• Verify accuracy of product and testing information for new product specs.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with data management, preparing specifications and layouts for print and  InDesign updates.
• Assist with creating digital and printed marketing assets.
• Coordinate shipping materials for fabric imaging for the LUUM website a
• Respond to client and Customer Service requests.
• Assist with custom projects as needed.
• Support for Graded In Partner initiatives.

What is required for this role?

• Demonstrated ability to learn.
• Textile Design, Interior Design or Marketing background preferred.
• Strongly task orientation
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Abode InDesign, Microsoft Office applications).
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs (to handle a roll of fabric).
• Successful application must strongly pass a Colour Vision test.
