Early Talent Coordinator - 12month Internship

Job Description

This role is responsible for coordinating the Early Talent strategy across Mars, Canada. This role will play a key part in building a solid early talent program and supporting the business through attracting, identifying and selecting top early talent. This role engages students from across Canada for opportunities to join Mars.

Your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Develop and implement an Early Talent program across Canada
• Identify which universities and colleges to partner with after assessing business needs
• Build a timeline of when Early Talent begins through to student onboarding
• Communicate key dates with Internal stakeholders
• Coordinate all student opportunities available
• Post positions, coordinate applications and arrange interviews
• Hold hiring managers to account to ensure first class onboarding is provided
• Hold managers to account for conducting a performance review
• Obtain feedback from students and managers on the process and overall experience

Experience, skills, and requirements:

• Studying towards an Undergraduate Degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Administration, or another relevant discipline.
• Work experience in Human Resources or Recruitment is an asset.
• It is mandatory that all applicants are enrolled in full-time studies at a post- secondary institution and returning to full-time studies upon completion of the 12 month work term.
• We operate a hybrid working pattern, where being in the office twice a week will be expected
