Reporting to the Civeo Client Logistics Manager, the successful candidate will be required to work remotely on a rotating schedule, currently consisting of 8-hour shifts varying between days, evenings & weekends.
Please note this is a temporary remote-home position.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest reservations for accommodations and travel with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Quickly and courteously respond to telephone and email requests on an individual and group basis
- Update coding changes, departure dates and follow ups for additional information with guests and clients
- Complete client, guest and internal reporting on occupancies and contractual allotments
- Communicate with and support various internal departments to ensure efficiency in meeting contractual requirements and guest expectations
- Collaborate with the team, taking ownership for independent and group decisions made in the best interest of our client contracts and individual guest experiences
- Ensure interdepartmental communication and cooperation is at a high standard to maintain the interest of the client and guest satisfaction
- All other duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Hospitality Services and/or have a minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience.
- Excellent customer service skills, including a minimum of 2 years in a customer service-oriented role, along with a professional demeanor
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel) with a strong attention to detail with data entry
- Knowledge of INNfinity Hospitality Systems is an asset
- Ability to problem solve independently
- Strong proven rapport in guest/customer service relations
- Strong communicator oral/written of the English language
- Excellent organizational, time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work within a team environment and independently.
