You will provide vital support to the Communications team as well as various ABB business areas and divisions in Canada. Reporting to the Country Communications Manager, you will help engage internal and external stakeholders to drive efficient services in a variety of areas.
Your responsibilities

  • Create compelling and engaging content that tells the ABB story for various channels for both, internal and external audiences.
  • Be actively involved in the coordination and execution of internal and external events.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks that help streamline communications activities.
  • Juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for your role and assigned by your manager.
  • Boost customer satisfaction by performing all tasks to high quality standards, in line with relevant processes and guidelines.

Your background
  • Second year+ university student.
  • Available to start immediately on a four-month mandate.
  • Ability to write and speak English and French.
  • Creative and enthusiastic.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent organizational ability.
  • Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Independent self-starter able to work diligently in complex environments.
