• New account sales and start up.
• Over profitability and margin contribution for Hosting Solutions BU.
• Effective and efficient IT services which meet the needs of the client hospital.
• Account profitability which meet revenue and margin requirements set at the corporate level.
• Effective management of the client relationship and resolution of client issues.
• Continuous risk management.
• Effective utilization and management of staff such that milestones/goals are obtained and staff is motivated and competent.
• Provide indirect leadership as vendor operations management, direction and process owner to an organization consisting of local and remote resources in India.
• Governance over Operations, Command Center, and delivery functions.
• Insure successful sourcing of datacenter hosting, select a vendor/partner, negotiate terms and manage the on-going relationship and operations.
