Life Cycle and Materiel Manager (LCMM) – Combat Systems Specialist
Position Summary
Thales Canada is looking for a Life Cycle and Materiel Manager (LCMM) – Combat Systems Specialist to support its non-Combatant In-Service Support Programs for the Royal Canadian Navy.
The LCMM – Combat Systems Specialist is responsible for engineering support and technical oversight of various systems including but not limited to Navigation Systems, Communications Systems, Command and Control systems, Data processing systems, Above water and underwater sensor systems and Ship's weapons systems, on board the various platforms of the Royal Canadian Navy. Accountable to the Operational Support Manager and working directly with various internal and external stakeholders, this role manages various activities to establish and maintain the configuration and design intent of the marine auxiliary and other mechanical systems on the ships and manage any changes through their end-of-life and divestment.
The successful candidate will leverage their existing knowledge and expertise in marine mechanical systems and equipment to become a subject matter expert and main point of contact for all technical matters associated with the systems assigned thereto. The principal objective is to maximize effectiveness and efficiency, while minimizing the Life Cycle Cost (LCC) associated with the support of their systems.

The reference Total Target Compensation(TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between
Total Target Cash (TTC) 76,208.54 - 128,924.64 CAD Annual
