We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Territory Sales Representative to join our Saskatoon team.

Retention Bonus

Successful new hires are eligible for a retention bonus of up to $3,000, paid as follows: $1,000 after 1 month of employment, $1,000 after 3 months and $1,000 after 6 months of continued employment with CFIB.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Saskatoon area
  • Meet with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their needs
  • Present CFIB solutions that provides  value, savings, and support
  • Develop new business through prospecting and referrals
  • Build long term relationships with members
  • Follow a proven  sales process with coaching and support
  • Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development

Who Succeeds in this Role

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently
  • Coachable mindset with interest in long term career growth
  • Comfortable working in a field-based role
  • Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is considered an asset
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
