Job Summary:
Civeo Canada LP is currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to support contract administration activities and ensure that all contract - related processes and procedures are managed efficiently and effectively. The Contracts Administrator will be familiar with all pertinent contract documents and will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are administered in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
Responsibilities:

- Establish and update records of all correspondence related to contract activity
- Maintain the contracts database, ensuring it is up to date
- Ensure contracts are complete and finalized
- Assist with processing credit applications, following up on obtaining credit reference responses, keeping database updated, monitoring credit files for updates
- Prepare reports and analyses as required
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders
- Contribute to team efforts to manage projects and ensure on-time completion and to high quality standards
- Provide back-up for other staff in the contracts and accounts receivable department during vacation or sick time
- Monitor accounts receivable portfolios and support collection efforts, as required
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in related field
- 4+ years of experience providing administrative support in contract administration or related position
- Ability to write, read and interpret contracts
- Base understanding in accounting or business implications of contract provisions
- Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office (intermediate or better in excel & word) and JD Edwards (JDE)
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organization skills
- Strong interpersonal and ability to work well in a team environment or independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle several assignments efficiently
