You'll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a senior store technical service representative, which we call a senior in-store agent. In this role, you will provide technical support to customers by understanding their needs and creating solutions.

- Support the team lead in recruiting, scheduling, mentoring, and developing the in-store services team

- Assist customers with computer setup, diagnostics, and repairs

What we're looking for:
- Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
- 2+ years' retail experience
- 1+ year's technical customer service experience
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
- Excellent communication skills
