Civeo Camp Installations Employees LP is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team in supporting daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and play a vital part in ensuring that materials, equipment, and supplies are received, stored, and issued with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will help maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment while supporting the overall success of our projects.
This role works a 14-day on, 14-day off rotation schedule.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials in designated locations with proper identification and labeling.
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for distribution to internal departments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with cycle counts and annual physical inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Update inventory records and documentation in the warehouse management or information system.
- Verify orders, packing slips, and deliveries for accuracy; report discrepancies or damages.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and basic maintenance standards within the warehouse.
- Perform daily visual inspections of warehouse areas, equipment, and grounds.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts safely and efficiently.
- Support fleet and equipment coordination activities as directed.
- Follow all health, safety, environmental, and WHMIS requirements; use PPE as required.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, purchasing, and operations teams to support inventory efficiency.
- Provide customer focused service to internal stakeholders.
- Perform other warehouse related duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications - 2-3 years' experience and/or post-secondary education in a warehousing program
- Knowledge of how materials move in and out of the facility as well as in and out of the Management Information System.
- Valid class 5 driver's license with clean 5-year driving abstract
- Valid Forklift operator certificate
- Experience in the coordination of physical inventory counts
- Knowledge of materials used in the manufacture of mobile structures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- An aptitude for working with numbers and detailed paperwork
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced team environment
- Able to operate warehouse machinery
- Proven support for a safe work environment
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office products
