Overview of the role:

Cogsdale requires a Project Manager who will utilize the established project management methodologies, to lead our consultants in the implementation of Utility Billing and Client Information Software (CIS) solutions to new and existing clients.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the customer relationship during implementations and ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction. In addition, the project manager will be taking care of project profitability, the timely realization of revenue, and ensuring that they and the implementation team members maintain an expected level of billable utilization. Cogsdale collaborates with clients throughout North America and the Caribbean.

What your impact will be:

• Work closely with customer Project Managers to ensure successful completion of software implementation projects.
• Review statement of work and create an effective project plan to deliver on a specified solution
• Consistently manage customer expectations and ensure delivery of quality service.
• Proactively resolve project issues to mitigate delays and to reduce the impact on the client and project timelines
• Provide updates to management team and coworkers on customer/project status, proactively identifying issues and resolving or escalating as appropriate.
• Responsible for financials and working capital, ensuring that milestones and work in progress are approved, invoiced, and paid in a timely manner.
• Assist in overall scheduling and coordination of implementation resources.
• Conduct post implementation reviews to identify areas of improvement and apply learning
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices within the PS team

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years managing enterprise or CIS software implementation projects
• Strong leadership skills
• Possess a deep understanding of all activities associated with software system implementations
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
