****Referral bonus premium $1,500.00****Global Business Services (GBS) is ABB's shared services organization which delivers operational and expert services in Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Legal, Global Travel Services and external Customer Contact Centers. With employees based in five main hubs and front offices, GBS provides mainly Business services to ABB teams across the globe as well as supports with external customer inquiries.ABB's Talent Acquisition and Talent Advancement Team in currently seeking a Talent Partner to take on the responsibility of Canadian Internship Recruitment. This position will report into the Canadian Talent Acquisition and Talent Advancement Lead and be based out of our Montreal Campus in a hybrid environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process from talent attraction to selection with regards to all internships across our four lines of business; Electrification, Process Automation, Motion and Robotics.
  • Assist managers with hiring needs and requisitions.
  • Own the posting of the requisitions with selected top Universities.
  • Build the short list of candidates provided to the hiring managers for consideration.
  • Work with innovative AI enabled tools (Phenom and HireVue) to screen, interview and evaluate top potential.
  • Ensure compliance is met with regards to background verification.
  • Prepare and present offer letters to selected talent.
  • Assist with the onboarding experience.
  • You'll collaborate with the Senior Talent Partners with the overflow of requisitions.
  • Attend university networking / recruitment events.
  • Other ad hoc items; Reporting on internships statistics, Career Empowerment Week, Interns Club, Award and Recognition applications, etc.
  • Drive process optimization and best practices.

Your background
  • 2 years of experience in a customer facing environment such as, customer service, sales, recruitment (corporate or agency), with a strong sense of professional maturity.
  • Fluently bilingual; French and English and excellent communication skills written and verbal.
  • Innate curiosity to understand how things work and very comfortable in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Highly developed communication, sales and advising skills who thoroughly enjoys networking.
  • 100% team player with a strong collaborative spirit that likes to have fun at work.
