However, the nature of the position requires occasional travel both to clients (US and International) and to ABB's various offices.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to customers by phone, e-mail as part of the after-sales service.
  • Perform duties in accordance with the established standards, directives, work processes, policies, and procedures in place.
  • Assist in customer service activities in metallurgy and metallography.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in meeting and exceeding the sales targets of the service department.

Your background
  • DCS in engineering physics or metallurgical engineering or other related disciplines.
  • Knowledge of metallographic analysis is an asset.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in customer service.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French (written and spoken).
  • Communication skills, dedicated to customer satisfaction, autonomy, focused on order and quality.
  • Ability to adapt to the cultural and local realities of the countries visited.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Perseverance, initiative, autonomy, punctuality, and professionalism.
