What will your typical day look like?

As a senior consultant you'll work within an engagement team and be responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, and flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures, and supporting implementations.

  • Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, specializing in solutions for government and public services
  • Lead discovery sessions with customers to elaborate on organizational goals and objectives in relation to fundraising, program management, or communications
  • Problem-solve and offer ideas to solve client issues
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
  • Maintain responsibility for the completion and accuracy of work products
  • Assist in proposal development as requested
  • Develop your skills through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients and team members

The GPS Digital Customer offering helps public sector and higher education clients transform their businesses and customer interactions through innovative digital experiences. We work with our clients to create, design, and deploy digital products that increase adoption and drive measurable results.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

As a senior
Bachelor's degree in business or technology-related field, or equivalent number of years of experience
5+ years of experience working in a project-based environment, implementing Salesforce or similar platforms
3+ full life cycle technology implementations
2+ years of leading/managing a work stream on enterprise implementations
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Experience leading presentations and workshops with clients
Experience working with business and technical stakeholders to translate customer requirements into user stories
Experience working in an agile environment and relevant tools to support
Ability to travel 25% on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve
Ability to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance (reliability level)

Nice to Have
Experience in a consulting environment, working directly with clients
Salesforce certifications (eg. Salesforce Admin, OmniCloud Studio Consultant, Public Sector Solutions)
Experience working in Government and Public Services
Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, other)
