Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing customers in a given territory.
  • Visit customer locations to promote ABB products, services, and support customer objectives.
  • Initiatives in relationship to our products/services.
  • Sell performance improvement recommendations and handle customer dissatisfaction regarding issues with ABB.
  • Proactive sales and customer care.

Your background
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, concentration in Robotics/Automation.
  • Good understanding of the Robotics market in Ontario and Quebec.
  • 3 to 5 years with industrial equipment sales and services.
  • Automation Service sales is an asset
  • Good understanding of selling service.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Communication skills.
