Our domain expertise and global footprint enable us to support our customers with solutions that address their current needs, while anticipating how emerging trends such as urbanization, digitalization and the shift to sustainable energy will impact their future needs.You will be working as system admin group representative and will be reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor. You will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the master data for Canada in accordance with the company/Sales region's guidelines and communication protocols.
Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the data maintenance (creation, amendments, modifications) in both TOPS (internal system) and SAP for the following:
  • Customer/agent profiles
  • Pricing (quotes/net sheets/list price, etc)
  • Price books
  • Reporting
  • Data synchronization
  • Table maintenance
  • Geo zones, etc.
  • Constant collaboration with internal departments: Customer Service, Product Managers, Sales, to ensure efficiencies are met.

Your background
  • Min 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented group
  • Expert knowledge in email compliance policies and best practices
  • Fluent in French and English both written and verbal is a must
  • Experience working with Office, (strong Excel skills)
  • Detailed oriented, dynamic and organized
  • Ability to work with multiple teams
