Market Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager is a mission critical role to lead/influence operations team, to practice the quality principle and deliver high quality product/work performance on the front line. Quality Principle is the 1st principle in Mars 5 Principle, and it's the key foundation for food manufacturer and advantage for competition.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor degree or above ideally in Food Science or Engineering or College Diploma in Quality & Food Safety; Six Sigma certification is an asset.
• Above 5 years QA experience in a multinational food company.
• Excellent Project Management, facilitation and training skills, change management and Audit experience.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with working with ISO 9001 quality system would be an asset.
• Fluent speaking and excellent written English capability, good computer operation and highly effective communication skills.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Driving Continuous Improvement projects aimed at optimizing and transforming business operations processes, acting as a change agent for bringing the Efficiency Principle to life.
• Implementing, overseeing, maintaining, and coordinating the Quality Management System (QMS) and all quality activities in the market unit to ensure compliance to Mars standards, processes, and procedures.
• Being the expert in Global MARS quality standards and how these are applied to local market processes.
• Directly managing the system related processes (document management, non-conformance and CAPA management, internal audit, management review).
• Supporting the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team in demonstrating that the market unit is meeting its commitments on quality, escalation of possible risks to the QMS and critical business processes.
