What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the organization and delivery of Transfer Pricing services to clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships as well as building out new business. The seniority of this role means there will be a strong client focus and the successful individual must excel at building relationships, as well as having excellent technical and project management skills. You will have the opportunity to set the pace and direction of our team to deliver tailored experiences that align with each client's unique culture and people. You'll develop and execute focused strategies to actively deepen existing client relationships and assist in shaping and executing strategic market initiatives towards sustainable, and profitable growth. You'll also collaborate with Cross Border Advisory and other Deloitte professionals in brining bundled solutions to help clients address key business issues.

About the team

Deloitte's globally managed Transfer Pricing team helps companies reduce risks by aligning practical transfer pricing solutions with overall global business operations and objectives, assists with strategic documentation to support transfer pricing practices, and resolves disputes efficiently.

You are someone with::

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, Law or Business from an accredited college/university
• CA, CMA, CPA, MA or MBA preferred
• At least seven years of experience conducting advisory related projects with an audit, tax, and/or advisory services firm
• Thorough understanding of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international transfer pricing environment
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative background skills, written and verbal communication skills, solid research skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment and/or independently
• Demonstrated commitment to strong client service & leadership abilities
• Occasional travel required (when safe to resume)
