Location: Toronto Hybrid
You are responsible for the delivery of change management on all corporate projects that impact deliverables surrounding Pricing and Compensation components. You will provide pricing analytic and reporting support for IB and National merchants. You will report to the Manager, Portfolio Pricing.
Work with Sales partners to design, plan, document and implement change for all corporate projects and initiatives
Identify business impacts to process flow, policy, procedures, and training requirements
Participate and present at project status meetings and facilitate open information flow among all stakeholders
Support the Sales team to develop training, tools, customer facing materials, positioning, and process requirements associated with pricing and compensation deliverables
Providing and support pricing functions to win/retain merchant accounts
Support development of pricing models to provide precise profitability analytics
Create a Personal Development Plan with manager and work on identified areas of developmental opportunity.
At least 1 year of experience with business analytics and financial analysis (business casing, research, and cost analysis)
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution
Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Excel with modelling experience
Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels within the organization, both orally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task, while maintaining attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment required
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical abilities
