Location(s): Toronto Hybrid

Requires expanded technical knowledge in own job discipline and broadens capabilities; has familiarity with product, applications and business requirements supported. Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgement and precedents (e.g. creates test plans, address escalated technical issues, begins to perform peer code review)Uses prescribed guidelines or alternatives in analyzing situations. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

  • Manage and administer Moneris network, host application, application access requests company wide. Conduct identity life cycle management via SailPoint tool.
  • Provide day-to-day support to Moneris Help Desk, Moneris Users and 3rd Party Vendors with requisite operational procedures.
  • Work with various teams on process improvement.
  • Create macros and develop automation to enable the execution of internal daily, weekly, and quarterly access audits as regulated by each Sponsor, security policy or Internal audit.
  • Identified gaps in systems and provide remediation suggestions
  • Create and execute document review cycles based on established schedule to ensure procedures are current
  • Compile test cases for SailPoint development to ensure solutions meet stated requirements. Compile test data and conduct testing.
  • Provide sign-off on testing in lower environments prior to production implementation. Conduct user acceptance testing and assist project teams wherever necessary
  • Create, conduct and manage attestation process for applications and privileged access to minimize risk exposure in Moneris and maintain compliance. Consolidate results for metrics creation
  • Configure out-of-the-box workflow in Identity Access Management and Privileged Access Management tools

  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience assisting the administration and management of Identity and Access Management platform

Nice-to-have...

  • Experience with SailPoint IQ is an asset
